I am an adhd (inattentive type) patient from nepal, I have been prescribed atomoxetine and it has been about 3 months and I am now on 40 mg and it still doesn't seem to be working so doctor is suggesting methylphenidate but due to unavailability of this drug in nepal she is suggesting me to see indian doctor and buy it from india, what should I do?
